I moved to the Nashville area in 2016, after living most of my life in Oregon and California. I

quickly fell in love with the kind people, beautiful landscape and distinct seasons here in Middle

Tennessee. This is a wonderful community with great diversity and an affordable lifestyle. I love

to hike with my dogs, experience new artists at the many music venues, and discover the deep

history of Tennessee.

Whether you are moving to be closer to family, for a job change, or are seasoned home owners

looking to move locally, I would be delighted to meet and work with you. My goal is to help you

find the right home and at the same time, make sure you don’t miss anything or pay too much.

The skills I acquired in a variety of fields prior to becoming an affiliate broker help inform my

focus on your needs. I am in the business of real estate to ensure that you have the best

possible outcome.

Information is key to reducing stress in real estate transactions. I will provide you with the data

you need to make informed choices based on the most current local trends. I embrace your

goals so that we can move quickly when the right opportunity presents itself. My negotiating

skills and attention to detail ensure a solid contract at the best price in the current market. My

team of professionals will provide you with the expertise you deserve through the many steps

in the transaction process.

My tagline is “—so you thrive!” for a reason. This is ALL ABOUT YOU! It’s your hard-earned

money on the line and you deserve the best possible negotiations and contract. As a partner in

your home buying journey, I will be at your side offering expertise every step of the way.

I began my real estate career as a member of an elite team at Fridrich & Clark Realty, where I

won multiple awards as a top producing agent. I joined Wilson Group Real Estate (WGRE) in

spring of 2025. This prestigious local firm prizes continuing education, professionalism,

cooperation and a deep knowledge of the Tennessee market. My current client base consists of

89+% repeat client and client referral, reflecting strong satisfaction on the part of my clients.

The slower pace of life here has allowed me to fulfill a desire to join more nonprofit

organizations as a board member and/or supporter. My primary focus is Fountains of Musica

(FOM), a project to bring three fountains and an updated park to the iconic Musica statue and

roundabout at the base of Music Row. In addition to FOM, I participate in Alive Hospice, Power

of the Purse, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and other nonprofits serving the

needs of Middle Tennesseans.
